In “Joy Riders,” the bad kids in the neighborhood are at it again. Beer and biomech hot-rods, and a pirate flag stolen off some kid’s go kart. But the biomech pet has apparently not been trained for this scenario. Either that or he just doesn’t feel like tangling with these particular offenders.
